DELIVERIES

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number. Forus Editions works without stock and each piece is made to order. The delivery time can vary from 7 to 15 days depending on the number of orders and the workload. The maximum delivery time is three weeks from the date of order (excluding weekends).

All deliveries in France will be made by the Colissimo service of the Post Office in 2 to 5 working days after the manufacturing time.

For deliveries in France standard, the shipping costs are 6.45 euros standard rate in force, for deliveries in France light parts, the shipping costs are 4.80 euros standard rate in force.

For deliveries in France from 120 euros, shipping costs are offered.

To satisfy you as well as possible, we send you tracked parcels. We'll send you your package number as soon as it's posted, so you can track its journey.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

Insurance is available to cover the full refund of your order in the event of loss. This insurance costs 1% of the total value of your order if it is greater than 1200€ and at the price of 12€ for lower orders. If you wish to subscribe to this insurance, please specify it in the "comments" box when paying for your order or by sending an email to contact@foruseditions.com

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND

Contact us before returning purchased items to contact@foruseditions.com. Returns that have not been reported to this address will not be processed.

The return or exchange of items will only be accepted if the items ordered are returned in perfect condition, unused or damaged. If your order has been made to measure or if you wish to make a modification, we will not be able to exchange or refund your order.

The return of products is the responsibility of the buyer. It is also possible to return your order to us for a modification, in this case the cost of return and new shipment will also be borne by the buyer.

In accordance with the provisions of the consumer code on distance selling (articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code), the buyer can use his right of withdrawal for any reason and will only have the costs return shipping at his expense. The law provides that the buyer has 14 days to do so, from the date of delivery of the product. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. Beyond that, Forus Editions reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.
